Time & Plan API contains a wide range of API’s within Time & planning domains with modules like Time, Absence, Planning and Personnelcost. There are API’s for central transactions like actual hours, overtime, planned hours, personnel cost and retrieving these data per department, project or other entity in use.


Common use cases for Time & Plan API’s are often in these areas:

  1. Create and update entities to Capitech from an external system, like projects, subprojects, orders, employees or other entities
  2. Extracting entities to an external system, like projects, subprojects, orders, employees or other entities
  3. Extracting central data like Time, Absence, Plan or Personnelcost transactions for use cases like reporting, analytics, invoicing or project management


A brief overview

  • Time API’s contain transactions of actual / approved hours, overtime, additions
  • Absence API’s contain transactions of Leave, Vacation and sick absence with hours, days and absence periods.
  • Plan API’s contain planned shifts with hours, dates, times and competence requirements
  • Personnelcost API’s contain est. cost of actual / approved hours, overtime, additions
  • Catalogue API’s Contain endpoints for extracting, creating or updating entities like projects, subprojects, orders, free dimensions (customer configurable) and so on.
